Clear and transparent cancellation terms for your peace of mind
All cancellations must be made in writing via email or through our official booking portal. Cancellation charges will be calculated based on the date the request is received by us. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days after confirmation of cancellation.

Note: Airline tickets, hotel bookings, and activity vouchers may follow their own cancellation policies, which will apply in addition to our terms.
In rare cases (such as insufficient participants, unforeseen weather, or government restrictions), we reserve the right to cancel a trip. Customers will receive a full refund or can reschedule for another date. No additional compensation will be provided for such cancellations.
Refunds depend on individual supplier policies (e.g., airlines, hotels, and tour partners). Non-refundable bookings or promotional fares are not eligible for refunds. Partial refunds (after deducting service and transaction fees) may apply where possible.
If the traveler fails to appear on the departure day or check-in date without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
In circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, etc.), standard cancellation charges may not apply. Refunds or credits will be processed as per government or supplier guidelines.
Requests for rescheduling or amendments are subject to availability and may attract additional charges. Some bookings cannot be modified once confirmed.
